One Contiguous Vineyard – Two Unique Properties
CADE Estate pays homage to Napa Valley by crafting critically acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignons offered at two locations on Howell Mountain above the fog line. We invite you to discover each of our unique properties that offer contrasting experiences – witness the ever-changing interplay among natural and architectural spaces, a spot where cultivated vineyard rows meet tall evergreens and native Manzanita trees at the first LEED Gold Certified Estate Winery or turn back the clock and take a journey through history at one of Napa’s oldest wineries, the 13th bonded winery in California, one of the first gravity-fed wineries still intact with the original 40-inch hand-laid stone walls.
Gracefully appointed high above the fog line at an elevation of 1,800 feet, set against the backdrop of staggering Napa Valley vistas, located at 360 Howell Mountain Road South is a modern estate winery on a 54-acre property. Guests experiences include tastings of our current release CADE Estate wines and winery tours of our LEED Gold Certified Estate Winery.
Taste the history of Howell Mountain with our unique Library Tasting Experience on our gravel terrace, adjacent to our historic stone winery. Built in 1886, the winery is filled with history and equipped with an experience to prove it – guests will enjoy this property exclusive experience tasting vintage CADE Estate wines that showcase the aging potential of Howell Mountain.
