Experience an elevated tasting from 1,800 feet above the valley floor, set against a backdrop of the most dramatic views of Napa Valley. This 60-minute seated tasting features our current release of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, hand-crafted by winemaker Danielle Cyrot. In addition, you’ll learn about our organic vineyard practices and the journey to becoming the first LEED Gold Certified estate in Napa Valley.

CADE 13th
As the crow flies, about a half mile over the mountain from our modern CADE Estate, lies the seldom told story of an extraordinary winery sitting on top of a special piece of land. 13th Vineyard, a name inspired by its roots as the thirteenth bonded winery in the state of California, dates back to the late 1800s when Jean Brun, a native of Bordeaux, and Jean V. Chaix, were one of the first to plant Medoc grapes on this Howell Mountain Estate. Shortly thereafter, in 1886, the duo built a three-story gravity fed winery made of stone.

An add-on of the limited production of 2021 13th Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is exclusively offered with this experience for an additional fee.

Library Tasting
The Library Tasting at CADE 13th offers a curated tasting of select vintages from CADE Estate and CADE Reserve, including the exclusive 13th Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. The experience is complemented by a selection of cheeses and a tour of our historic winery.
